I would be glad to start a new home again with Okanagan Sunrise.

It's been 6 months since I took possession of my new home and I am very pleased with the whole experience of building my first house. Darren and Rick were very professional in handling all the changes and details and I felt that everything was brought to my attention in a timely manner so our combined decision was the right choice.

I appreciated the key at Lock-up stage as this gave me time before and after work to see what was done and to make decisions that affected the trades the next day. I believed that this saved time for myself and the sub-trades and kept to the schedule. Rick was so great to work with as he saw details that I didn't and was the first to point out anything that he wasn't happy with.

In short, if I had a buyer for my home I would be glad to start a new home again with Okanagan Sunrise. I have not had one negative word about my home and would gladly recommend your company to anyone that asked!
